Great tacos!! And the first time since leaving Texas I’ve had salsa that made me feel like I was home - it was amazing. Definitely worth a stop!

We ordered online after looking for a quick breakfast option and their chorizo breakfast burritos answered our call. The guy working was super nice and the salsas were flavorful. We are ready to go back to try other things. *atmosphere isn’t applicable because it’s in a gas station but pick your food up and go sit by the creek/lake

Got the Cuban Sandwiches, paid about $23 for the two of us. Sandwiches were huge! I was expecting to get small servings for a $10 sandwich like everywhere else but these guys wanna feed you! Edit 6/1/25 I've been a regular here for 3 months now and this is the place to get breakfast. Excellent Mexican food in a convenience store, it's almost too convenient. I heard they're going to start doing BBQ soon as well! Hope these guys stay around because the food is always a 10/10. Juan and his brother really know what they're doing. The place is clean and the food is always leagues better than any Mexican food you will find in Evergreen.

Working just up the hill from Tacos Don Juan has become both a blessing and a curse. Every time I step outside, I am immediately greeted by the mouth-watering aroma of their delicious food. It's like the scent is calling out to me, begging me to come and indulge in their delectable offerings. Having experienced their signature sauces and the explosion of flavors in every bite, my mouth waters in anticipation every time I catch a whiff of their tantalizing cooking. I have even caught myself saying, "The day can't go on without Tacos Don Juan." The power of their food is truly hypnotic, drawing me in and tempting me to stray from my daily routine just for a taste of their heavenly dishes. It's no wonder why this little restaurant has become a go-to spot for locals. Tacos Don Juan has truly mastered the art of creating irresistible and alluring food that leaves a lasting impression on all who experience it. I am grateful to be just up the hill from this gem of a place, even if it means constantly fighting against the temptation to indulge in their delicious Breakfast Burritos. Best food around!! Treat yourself!!! I highly recommend it!!

Best breakfast burritos around. There is no better green chili and the sauces are perfect. There is no competition. Don't care that it's in a gas station. Always great service and I never feel like a burden when I ask for something made to order. I go every week just about and I have never liked buying food out.

We love this place! The people are great and the food is amazing! We love the chorizo breakfast burritos especially with the sauce they give you! The red sauce is the hot one which is great but man we're ADDICTED to the green one!! More mild.. I would definitely recommend this place for sure! The tacos are definitely next on our list, they look amazing!

Stumbled on to this gem by accident. Cuban sandwich was substantial, complex and not a total mess like so many I’ve had. Breakfast burrito was delicious. This will be our new on-the-go spot. Most logically priced food in Evergreen.

If I LIVED or DROVE NEAR this place regularly, this would be THE breakfast burrito spot! This is a small pocket-shop within the gas station. I came at 11a, so, the hot.box was empty, but they were still serving up custom order burritos & quesadillas. Generous portions, I got: potatoes, bacon, chorizo & sausage, with green chile, egg & cheese. Grab a green & red sauce, they're so delicious & a great compliment to the burrito. Friendly, efficient service & fresh, memorable food. Can't be beat! Support local business & tip well!
